I built my career inside HR — starting as a learning professional and an early pioneer in LMS deployment and personalized learning, well before either was standard practice. From there I expanded across the full HR landscape: recruiting, performance, compensation, payroll, and enterprise HCM platforms. I was part of the team behind the largest HR outsourcing engagements in the world at the time, for a Fortune 50 global consumer goods company, and later led work on one of the largest SAP and SuccessFactors transformations of its era, for a Fortune 50 global food and beverage company. I’ve since been part of major Oracle HCM and Workday implementations, and became a partner at a Big 4 Firm leading workforce transformations for some of the largest organizations in the world.

Today, I advise CHROs on defining and executing HR and Workforce Transformations — aligning organization design, talent, process, and technology to deliver business impact that shows up on the P&L, not just in a steering committee deck. I’ve spent my career standing next to the CHRO chair, not in it — in the room when the plan meets the org chart and something breaks, and the one who has to hold it together. That vantage point is exactly why I’m useful to the person who does sit in that seat: I bring a practitioner’s judgment, not a framework. And because I’ve done this work at every scale, I know when a moment calls for Big T transformation — enterprise-wide, multi-year change — and when it calls for little t: a focused, faster fix to one part of the system.

We’re intentionally different from the traditional consulting model. Our team is composed of former top-tier consultants and operators who’ve led complex transformations themselves — not a junior bench learning on your budget and your timeline.
