I’ve built my career inside HR — starting as a learning professional and becoming an early pioneer in LMS deployment and personalized learning. Over time, I expanded across the full HR landscape, including recruiting, performance, compensation, payroll, and enterprise HCM platforms, as well as outsourcing and operations.
Today, I advise CHROs on defining and executing workforce transformation — aligning organization design, talent, processes, and technology to deliver real business impact. I bring a practitioner’s perspective, grounded in having led these transformations firsthand — not just advised on them.
